Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and original box must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Earphones/earbuds used for hygiene reasons (if seal is broken)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Exchange Policy

  • Defective or faulty products can be exchanged within 7 days
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • In case of unavailability, a refund will be issued

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
