Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and original box must be included
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or physically damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Earphones/earbuds used for hygiene reasons (if seal is broken)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Exchange Policy
- Defective or faulty products can be exchanged within 7 days
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- In case of unavailability, a refund will be issued
